libmono-system-web-mvc1.0-cil software package provides Mono ASP.NET MVC 1.0 Library (for CLI 2.0), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmono-system-web-mvc1.0-cil
libmono-system-web-mvc1.0-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmono-system-web-mvc1.0-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmono-system-web-mvc1.0-cil *
